Welcome to our website. Baxter's leather is an artisan small leather goods company which handcrafts all products in the heart of Lincolnshire. Our goal is to use the finest materials in the world whilst helping to fix a major issue with high end fasion. Baxter's repurposes luxury bags into small leather goods which benefits the enviroment and reduces waste to landfill.

One of our main pillars of business is to protect and preserve the environment. At Baxter's we aim to do as much good as possible. All products are handmade in Lincoln. Leather is sourced from vintage luxury bags and our products benefit the environment as we reduce waste going to landfill.

Net Zero

Our aim for Net Zero

At Baxter's we care about the planet we all live on. That's why we've decided to aim for net zero carbon by the end of 2023. This means we will not contribute to carbon emissions.

By the end of 2024 we aim to be carbon negative, meaning we remove more carbon from the enviroment than we produce.

Terms of Service

Returns

You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Your item must be in the original packaging and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you on the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exceptions

Customised or personalised items are non-refundable unless defective.
Items on sale cannot be refunded, only exchanged.
